Where is your hometown?
Harbin, China.

What do you teach?
Operations Management (International MBA); Strategic New Product and Service Development (International MBA); Operations and Supply Chain Management (MIM); Principals/Seminars of Operations Management (Ph.D); Business Model Innovation (Executive Education’s Chinese Executive Program with CKGSB Business School)

Where is your favorite spot in Madrid?
The Parque de Atracciones.  My favorite restaurant is Zen Market, which offers a Chinese food called Dong Po Rou.

What do you do to relax?
Listening and singing Chinese Opera.

What book is currently on your nightstand?
David and Goliath: Underdogs, Misfits, and the Art of Battling Giants by Malcolm Gladwell (accompanied by The New Yorker magazine.)

What accomplishment (so far) are you most proud of?
I was a plant manager, and turned around a plant in 10 months and save more than 100 jobs.

What do you wish someone told you when you were in college/graduate school?
Be focused on the things that have lasting values.

What did you want to be when you grew up?
A professor.
